My journey from junior developer to lead full-stack engineer taught me that great technology is built by empowered people, not just clean code. Defining Moment
Early in my career, I believed success in tech was purely about technical skill. That changed when a junior developer I mentored shared how much my guidance helped them overcome self-doubt and stay in the industry. It made me realize the lasting impact mentorship and coaching can have on someone’s career and life. From that point forward, I became intentional about creating supportive environments where people could learn, contribute, and succeed together
